Meg Mattingly, MA LPC Intern
Supervised by Jennifer Buffalo, MA, LMFT, LPC-S
I believe in the process of healing and the many forms that can take for individuals. The therapeutic relationship is a unique and special one that can foster creativity and growth in and out of session. My focus is centered around identity & belonging, sexuality, religious trauma, spirituality, relationships & dating, career guidance and ecotherapy. I get excited in helping people find connection in their lives, whether that be with themselves, their partners, nature, spiritual practices, creative expression and beyond. I celebrate and value the different experiences and world views my clients come with and desire to create safety through our relationship.
How can we find meaning or a sense of groundedness in times of great uncertainty? Regardless of what connection looks like for you, we were not created to go at it alone. Looking forward to walking with you through your journey of connection and discovery.
